Mocklister is a service of PlusOn (플러스온) ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR and the CCPA where they apply.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: your email address (used for passwordless sign-in) and a user ID.
- Content you upload: product images, notes, shop voice samples and description blocks you choose to save.
- Billing data: handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. We store only your subscription status, plan and customer ID, never card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited and feature usage, collected through privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) without cookies, plus server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept for security.
2. How we use it
- To generate listing drafts from your images. Images and notes are sent to our AI model provider (Anthropic) for processing and are not used to train their models.
- To operate your account, enforce plan limits and provide support.
- To improve the service using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.
3. Sharing
We share data only with processors that run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Anthropic (AI generation), Paddle.com (payments, as Merchant of Record), Cloudflare (hosting) and Umami (analytics). We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Uploaded images and generated listings stay in your account until you delete them or your account. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be deleted after notice. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from the app or by emailing us. EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics does not use cookies.
