Terms of Service

1. The service

These terms are a contract between you and PlusOn (플러스온), a registered sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea (business registration no. 522-16-03056), the operator of Mocklister. Mocklister generates Etsy listing drafts (titles, tags, descriptions, alt text) from product images you upload. Drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing anywhere.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide a valid email. Keep your sign-in link private. One account per person; plan limits are per account.

3. Acceptable use

• Upload only images you own or have the right to use.
• Do not use the service to create listings that infringe trademarks or copyrights, or that violate Etsy's policies.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape the service or resell access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, taxes, refunds and customer service inquiries about payments; their buyer terms apply to the transaction. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your images and the listings generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

6. Etsy

Mocklister is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Any Etsy integration creates drafts only; publishing remains your action.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated text can be wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes and contact
